Great company and project manager, Dominic Nugent, to work with.  He managed all aspects of the project well from estimate through completion of the roofing replacement job. We are very pleased with our roof replacement. Our project manager, Dominic, was phenomenal to work with. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and had great communication from beginning to end. The roofing crew was punctual, fast, and provided quality work. They found an issue from when our swamp cooler was converted to central air, and called us right away with a fix instead of leaving it to cause future problems. The rain gutter replacement crew deserves a shoutout as well. They added gutters and drain spouts to improve the efficiency and longevity of our new roof where they didn’t exist before. Jeff from Xperience Roofing came by to look at my roof and give me an expert opinion on its current state and whether or not work was needed. He was honest, upfront, and didn't try to sell my anything. He showed me the pictures he'd taken of areas where there was wear and let me know how much longer he thought I could go before he'd recommend replacing the shingles. Have never been so impressed by a company before. Roanne was amazing as this process took awhile with our insurance company and raising our deductible to cover the out of pocket. She stayed in contact with us and insurance through it all. She was patient and kind and always there to help with whatever we needed. The roofing was amazing and even when a hiccup came with an issue under the roofing on our garage they never missed a beat. They handled the pictures and contact with insurance to secure additional funding. Communicated with us and we’re so easy to work with. Cannot recommend them enough.
