Preparation
The deck gets inspected and repaired before anything goes on top of it. A roof is only as sound as what it's nailed to.

Flashing
Every wall, valley, chimney, and penetration gets metal — fitted piece by piece, not a bead of sealant and a hope.

Ventilation
Intake and exhaust balanced to the attic, so heat and moisture leave the way they should and the roof lasts its full life.

Layering
Ice and water shield, underlayment, surface — in order, to manufacturer spec, with no skipped steps under the part you can see.

Precision
Straight courses, correct nailing patterns, clean cuts. The details nobody photographs are the ones that decide how a roof ages.

Clean Site
Landscaping protected, debris contained, magnet sweeps for nails. We leave the property the way we found it — minus the old roof.

Xperience Roofing is a family-run contractor based in Midvale, Utah. We’ve been installing, repairing, and inspecting roofs across the Salt Lake Valley since 2019 — long enough to know what Utah weather does to a roof, and recent enough to still treat every job like it matters.
We’re part of the Xperience family of Utah contractors, alongside Xperience Landscaping. Different trades, same standard: do the work right, document it, and leave the property better than we found it.
