Our Process
Six steps, the same on every roof — from the first photograph on the deck to the warranty in your hand. Documented, unhurried, and checked at every stage.
01
Inspection
Free, thorough, documented. We get on the roof and into the attic, photograph what we find, and walk you through it — deck, flashing, ventilation, everything. You keep the photos either way.

02
Estimate
A written scope with system options and real numbers. Take it home, compare it, sleep on it. No pressure, and no expiring “today only” pricing.
03
Materials
Your system, color, and components confirmed — surface, underlayment, flashing, ventilation — then ordered and staged so install day starts at the deck, not at the supply house.

04
Installation
Most residential roofs take one to two days. The deck is repaired and dried in first, then every layer goes down in order per The Installer's Standard — and every course is checked before the next one starts.

05
Walkthrough
We inspect the finished roof together. Flashing, ridge lines, cleanup, the magnetic nail sweep — nothing is done until it's right, and you've seen it yourself.
06
Warranty
A manufacturer warranty on the system and a workmanship warranty on the install — both in writing, both explained before we leave the driveway.
Six principles, Every roof
Every step above is measured against the six principles we install by. They’re not a slogan — they’re the checklist on the roof.
01 /
Preparation
The deck is inspected and repaired before anything goes down on it.
02 /
Flashing
New metal at every wall, valley, and penetration — never reused, never caulked over.
03 /
Ventilation
Intake and exhaust balanced to the attic, not to the brochure.
04 /
Layering
Each course overlaps the one below it, the way water expects.
05 /
Precision
Straight lines, correct nail placement, manufacturer specs on every course.
06 /
Clean Site
Tarped landscaping, daily pickup, and a magnetic sweep before we leave.
