The Service

How we approach it

Most roof leaks don't start where the water shows up. We diagnose first — tracing the leak to its actual source before anything gets touched — then repair it properly. Wind-lifted shingles off the canyon gusts, flashing failures around chimneys and vents, summer hail damage, ice-dam wear at the eaves: the Salt Lake Valley throws all of it at a roof, and we fix all of it.

The Difference

Why it's done this way

01

Diagnosis before repair

We trace the leak to its source instead of patching where the stain appears, so the same problem doesn't come back next storm.

02

Stops small problems early

A lifted shingle or failed pipe boot costs little to fix now and a lot to fix after a season of water intrusion.

03

Extends your roof's life

Timely, correct repairs add years to a roof that doesn't need replacing yet — and we'll tell you honestly when it does.

04

Storm-response experience

Canyon winds and summer hail are routine here. We know what they do to a roof and how to document it for insurance.

FAQs

Common questions

Water is coming through my ceiling — how fast can you come?

Active leaks get priority scheduling. Call us, and in the meantime put a container under the drip and move belongings clear — we'll get the roof protected and then properly repaired.

Why does my roof only leak during certain storms?

Wind direction, rain intensity, and snowmelt each stress different parts of the roof. A flashing gap might only leak in wind-driven rain from the south; ice dams only show up in freeze-thaw weather. This is exactly why we diagnose before we repair.

Is it worth repairing an older roof, or should I just replace it?

It depends on the roof's overall condition, not just its age. If the system is sound and the damage is localized, a repair is the right call. If failures are spreading, we'll show you why replacement is the better investment — with photos, not pressure.

Can hail damage be invisible from the ground?

Yes. Hail bruises shingles and knocks off granules in ways you often can't see from the driveway, but that shorten the roof's life. After a hailstorm it's worth a free inspection — and if there's claimable damage, we document it properly.

Do you repair roofs in winter?

Yes. Leaks don't wait for spring, and neither do we. We work in dry weather windows and use cold-rated materials and methods so winter repairs hold just as well.
