Program Description

Xperience Roofing, LLC operates an SMS text message program to send operational, job-related notifications to its contracted subcontractor crews.

Messages include: new job assignments, scheduling and site-visit updates, photo submission requests and reminders, job status changes, and assignment expiration notices. The program serves only operational communication with active contracted crews — no marketing or promotional messages are sent.

How Crews Opt In

Crew members provide consent by signing the consent form during onboarding. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of entering into, or maintaining, a subcontractor relationship.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies with job activity (typically 2–6 messages per assigned job).

Message and data rates may apply through the recipient’s mobile carrier.

Opting Out & Help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. One final confirmation message will be sent, after which no further messages will be delivered.
